Explore ECAT Youth Art Contest

We are having an art contest for Escambia County Youth! Any student (Pre-k to 12th grade) can enter a piece of artwork into the contest. The grand prize winners will have their artwork displayed on ECAT buses and bus stop shelters for an entire year!

Easter Schedule

NO ECAT Bus & UWF Trolley Service on Easter Sunday, April 16th.
Beach Trolleys will run on Easter Sunday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

ECAT buses & UWF Trolleys will operate regular service
Friday, April 14th & Saturday, April 15th.
Regular service will resume Monday, April 17th.


Administrative offices will be close April 14th in observance of Good Friday.

Mardi Gras Parade Detour

Parade dates and times are as follows:

  • Krewe of Lafitte Illuminated Parade: Feb 24 @ 7:30 pm  9:00 pm
  • Pensacola Grande Mardi Gras Parade: Feb 25 @ 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
  • Krewe of Wrecks Parade: Feb 26 @ 1:00 pm  5:00 pm

During ALL parades in the Downtown area, all bus routes that normally go to the Downtown Transfer Center will detour to Government Street via A Street.
Transfer Center Stops will be made on the south side of Government Street near Coyle Street.

The following routes WILL NOT serve normal stops SOUTH of Cervantes during Parades: 2, 31, 32, 45, and 59X

The following routes WILL NOT serve normal stops EAST of A Street during Parades: 48, 57, 58, and 59X

President’s Day

On Monday February 20th, ECAT Administrative Offices will be closed in observance of President’s Day.

ECAT buses will run a modified holiday schedule (every 2 hours):

  • Route 59A & 64 Beach Jumper: NO service
  • Route 58: Last bus departs Downtown at 3:30 PM
  • Route 2, 32, 50, and 55: Last bus departs ECAT at 4:00 PM
  • Route 59 Express: Last bus departs NATTC at 5:15 PM
  • Route 60 Century will run regular service and departs ECAT at 5:00 PM

UWF  Trolleys will run regular service

Downtown Trolley Thanksgiving Weekend Schedule

Downtown Trolley service hours will be extended this weekend for Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. Catch the Blue Line anywhere along the route from 10 AM to 10 PM Friday and Saturday.

Route 45 and 63 Detour

Route 45 and 63 will detour to avoid railroad construction until Friday, October 28th. Bus stops located near the railroad tracks will be temporarily moved to other locations.

Downtown Trolleys

The new downtown trolleys will begin running on Thursday, November 3rd. Leave  your car behind and let the free trolley take you to places like the Pensacola Bay Center, Saenger Theatre, Plaza de Luna, Five Sisters Blues Cafe, Wahoos Stadium, and many more!

Below is a map of the normal trolley routes. The Red Line is the weekday trolley that goes to different businesses and some awesome lunch spots. The Blue Line is the weekend/night trolley that will offer a stress-free outting without the worry of finding a parking spot.
