FlexTransit is operational but is currently experiencing a high demand for service. ECAT is actively working to expand service capacity to meet the demand, but FlexTransit scheduling may be limited for some users until services can be expanded. 

Priority is being given to rides for eligible individuals who qualify for ADA Complementary Paratransit Service and the Transportation Disadvantaged Program, which are programs for individuals with disabilities or those who do not have access to any other transportation resource

ECAT Lost and Found

If you have misplaced an item on the bus or at the terminal, ECAT provides a process to reclaim items that are recovered and turned in. There are several ways to inquire and report a lost item within the ECAT system.

How to Report a Lost Item

Information to Provide

Please have the following information ready when submitting a claim:

  • Description of the item
  • Route or bus number where the item was lost
  • Date and time the item was lost
  • Where you were seated on the bus

A report or claim must be submitted prior to retrieving a found item.

Claiming Your Item

Found items can be picked up during Customer Service hours at the ECAT Rosa Parks Terminal:

Location: 1515 W. Fairfield Drive, Pensacola, FL 32501

Customer Service Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 6 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturday: 8 AM – 3:30 PM

Item Retention Policy

  • General items: 14 days
  • Perishable food: Up to 14 days (or as specified)
  • Bicycles: 10 days
  • Medicine: 5 days

No employee of First Transit/ECAT may claim a customer’s personal property for any reason. ECAT is not responsible for any lost or stolen items on ECAT buses or at ECAT locations.
