FlexTransit is operational but is currently experiencing a high demand for service. ECAT is actively working to expand service capacity to meet the demand, but FlexTransit scheduling may be limited for some users until services can be expanded.

Priority is being given to rides for eligible individuals who qualify for ADA Complementary Paratransit Service and the Transportation Disadvantaged Program, which are programs for individuals with disabilities or those who do not have access to any other transportation resource

ID Cards

Passengers are required to purchase and present an ECAT ID Card when purchasing and using reduced fares including cash, tickets, or passes. With proper documentation, seniors (age 60 and over), persons with disabilities, and students through high school are eligible for reduced fares. ECAT ID Cards can be purchased for $2.75 at the ECAT Administrative Office, 1515 West Fairfield Drive, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

**Please note that beginning March 1, 2022, photo IDs for transit identification cards will only be taken Tuesdays and Thursdays from the hours of 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
