Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Customer Service is open 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m and closed for lunch. Customer Service hours may vary and are subject to change.

The complaint will be verified by Customer Service by the next business day. ECAT will complete any necessary investigation within the least amount of time possible, but no more than three (3) business days. However, some investigations may require additional time to gather information. Once the complaint has been investigated, the customer who submitted the complaint will be sent a letter acknowledging their comment along with any investigation results that can be provided.
