FlexTransit is operational but is currently experiencing a high demand for service. ECAT is actively working to expand service capacity to meet the demand, but FlexTransit scheduling may be limited for some users until services can be expanded. 

Priority is being given to rides for eligible individuals who qualify for ADA Complementary Paratransit Service and the Transportation Disadvantaged Program, which are programs for individuals with disabilities or those who do not have access to any other transportation resource

ECAT Announces Temporary Gulf Breeze Bus Route 20 Post Hurricane Sally

Beginning Monday, Oct. 5, ECAT will launch bus Route 20 to help transport passengers between Escambia County and the City of Gulf Breeze. The Pensacola Bay Bridge on U.S. 98 was damaged during Hurricane Sally and will be closed while FDOT conducts inspections and makes repairs. ECAT bus fares remain suspended.
