Monday, Jan. 5: Due to overwhelming call volume, ECAT is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the FlexTransit phone line. We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to contact ECAT at [email protected]. All approved ADA and Transportation Disadvantaged clients will receive priority when booking trips.

ECAT Bus Service Schedule for the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend

In observance of Thanksgiving, ECAT administrative offices and customer service will be closed Nov. 23 and 24.

ECAT buses will not run service Thursday, Nov. 23. Regular service will resume Friday, Nov. 24.

The UWF campus and express trolleys will not run service Wednesday, Nov. 22, Thursday, Nov. 23 or Friday, Nov. 24. The express trolley will resume regular service Saturday, Nov. 25. The campus trolleys will resume service Monday, Nov. 27.
