Monday, Jan. 5: Due to overwhelming call volume, ECAT is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the FlexTransit phone line. We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to contact ECAT at [email protected]. All approved ADA and Transportation Disadvantaged clients will receive priority when booking trips.

ECAT Schedule for Martin Luther King Jr. Day Jan. 19

In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, Jan. 19, please note the following ECAT service changes:

- ECAT administration and customer service offices will be closed
- ECAT will not run regular service or UWF Trolley service.
- FlexTransit will only provide life-sustaining services.

ECAT will resume regular service and hours of operation Tuesday, Jan. 20.
