Monday, Jan. 5: Due to overwhelming call volume, ECAT is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the FlexTransit phone line. We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to contact ECAT at [email protected]. All approved ADA and Transportation Disadvantaged clients will receive priority when booking trips.

ECAT to Resume Regular Schedule and Fares on Monday, Jan. 25

ECAT (Escambia County Area Transit) will resume running a regular schedule on most routes and reinstate regular fares on Monday, Jan. 25, 2021, which were suspended since Monday, March 23. Go HERE for more details.

Free face masks have been provided since June 1 and will continue to be available. Face masks will also be required to ride ECAT beginning Monday, Dec. 21.
