Monday, Jan. 5: Due to overwhelming call volume, ECAT is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the FlexTransit phone line. We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to contact ECAT at [email protected]. All approved ADA and Transportation Disadvantaged clients will receive priority when booking trips.

ECAT to Resume Service Saturday, Jan. 25

Escambia County Area Transit will resume operations Saturday, Jan. 25, with temporary modifications to the normal fixed route. Due to potential hazardous conditions from Tuesday's winter storm, buses may be delayed or detoured.

ECAT Route Modifications:

Route 59x will be suspended on Jan 25.
Route 47 will not service Longleaf Drive.
Route 2 will detour from Cervantes Street at “L” Street.

Regular service will resume Monday, Jan. 27.
