FlexTransit is operational but is currently experiencing a high demand for service. ECAT is actively working to expand service capacity to meet the demand, but FlexTransit scheduling may be limited for some users until services can be expanded. 

Priority is being given to rides for eligible individuals who qualify for ADA Complementary Paratransit Service and the Transportation Disadvantaged Program, which are programs for individuals with disabilities or those who do not have access to any other transportation resource

ECAT to Suspend Service Wednesday, April 10

Escambia County Area Transit will suspend all service, including the UWF trolleys, Wednesday, April 10, due to potential severe weather. Regular service will resume Thursday, April 11. Escambia County Community Transportation will also suspend regular service on April 10, except for dialysis and life-sustaining services. ECCT will resume service Thursday, April 11.
