Monday, Jan. 5: Due to overwhelming call volume, ECAT is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the FlexTransit phone line. We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to contact ECAT at [email protected]. All approved ADA and Transportation Disadvantaged clients will receive priority when booking trips.

Firecracker 5K Route Detour Notice

The Firecracker 5K will take place in downtown Pensacola Saturday, June 28. During that time, service to all ECAT routes downtown will be detoured.

All bus routes that normally go to the Downtown Transfer Center will detour to Government Street via A Street. Transfer Center stops will be made on the south side of Romano Street near B Street.

The following routes will not serve normal stops south of Cervantes Street during parades:

- 2, 31, 32, 45, and 59X

The following routes will not serve normal stops east of A Street during parades:

- 44, 48, 57, 58, 59X, and Seasonal Beach Jumper
