Monday, Jan. 5: Due to overwhelming call volume, ECAT is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the FlexTransit phone line. We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to contact ECAT at [email protected]. All approved ADA and Transportation Disadvantaged clients will receive priority when booking trips.

Holiday Closures for ECAT

ECAT buses will not operate Friday, Dec. 25 and Friday, Jan. 1. Buses will operate on a modified holiday schedule until 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 24, Thursday, Dec. 31, Saturday, Dec. 26 and Saturday, Jan. 2. There will be no UWF Trolley or Express Shuttle service from Saturday, Dec. 12 to Monday, Jan. 18. UWF service will resume Tuesday, Jan. 19. ECAT Administrative Offices are closed Thursday, Dec. 24, Saturday, Dec. 26 and Saturday, Jan. 2.
