It's Pedestrian Safety Month! During the month of October, pedestrians are encouraged to always adhere to the following safety measures while crossing the street:

Always use the crosswalk
Stay ALERT! don't text while crossing.
Watch for cars. Be aware of turning and oncoming traffic.
