Escambia County Area Transit's paratransit partner, ITL Solutions, is currently experiencing internet and wi-fi outages, which is currently impacting the transit partner's phones, radios and tablets.

Escambia County Area Transit's paratransit partner, ITL Solutions, is currently experiencing internet and wi-fi outages, which is currently impacting the transit partner's phones, radios and tablets.

Customers that require paratransit assistance and need to schedule transportation will need to contact the ECAT Customer Service line at 850-595-3228.

Currently, there is no estimated time frame for when the internet and wi-fi services will be restored. Updates regarding the outage will be provided as they become available.
