Monday, Jan. 5: Due to overwhelming call volume, ECAT is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the FlexTransit phone line. We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to contact ECAT at [email protected]. All approved ADA and Transportation Disadvantaged clients will receive priority when booking trips.

Labor Day Service Alert for Monday, Sept. 1

In observance of Labor Day, ECAT Administrative and Customer Service Offices will be closed. The following service changes will be in place:

- ECAT will not run regular bus service, FlexTransit service, or UWF trolley service on Monday, Sept. 1.
- Pensacola Beach Trolleys will operate on Monday, Sept. 1 from 4 p.m. until midnight.

Regular ECAT service will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 2.
