Monday, Jan. 5: Due to overwhelming call volume, ECAT is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the FlexTransit phone line. We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to contact ECAT at [email protected]. All approved ADA and Transportation Disadvantaged clients will receive priority when booking trips.

Route 50 Change Notice Effective Sept. 25, 2023

On Monday, Sept. 25, Escambia County Area Transit will begin hourly service to Baptist Hospital's new location on Brent Lane. Please exercise patience as we make every effort to ensure this change is seamless.

There will be route restructuring to effectively navigate this additional service and maintain on-time performance. Providing exceptional service this is safe, dependable and efficient is our utmost priority.
