Monday, Jan. 5: Due to overwhelming call volume, ECAT is currently experiencing intermittent issues with the FlexTransit phone line. We are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, customers are encouraged to contact ECAT at [email protected]. All approved ADA and Transportation Disadvantaged clients will receive priority when booking trips.

Route Detour Notice for Veterans Day Parade Saturday, Nov. 11

During the Veterans Day Parade Saturday, Nov. 11, in Downtown Pensacola, ECAT bus routes that normally go to the Downtown Transfer Center will detour to Government Street via A Street. Transfer Center stops will be made on the south side of Government Street via "A" Street.

The following routes will not serve normal stops south of Cervantes Street during parades:

- 2, 31, 32, 45 and 59X

The following routes will not serve normal stops east of "A" Street during parades:

- 44, 48, 57, 59X and 64

Detours are subject to change based on parade lineup and traffic conditions.
